On June 12, 2023 the supergroup Hollywood Vampires will perform for the first time in front of the Sofia audience with a rocking show. The engines of the group - Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper and Joe Perry from Aerosmith will blow up the Sofia Arena with some of the biggest rock hits of all time, and they will be joined by guitarist Tommy Henriksen. The show in Sofia is part of the European tour of the group, which is returning to the stage with a huge desire for real rock after a 3-year break.
Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp created Hollywood Vampires in memory of rock stars who died in the 1970s. As is tradition, their setlist includes some of the greatest hits of legends such as The Who, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie and Motörhead. In front of their fans, the supergroup will also perform their own repertoire from their latest studio album "Rise", which includes the singles "Heroes", "The Boogieman Surprise" and "Who's Laughing Now".
The American supergroup Hollywood Vampires was formed in 2015 and is named after the notorious celebrity club founded by Alice Cooper in the 1970s. Its members include rock greats such as John Lennon ("The Beatles"), Keith Moon ("The Who") and Mickey Dolenz ("The Monkees"). Hollywood Vampires have released two studio albums featuring guest musicians such as Paul McCartney ("The Beatles"), Slash ("Guns N' Roses") and Brian Johnson ("AC/DC").
The concert of Hollywood Vampires will take place on June 12, 2023 at 18:00 in the capital's "Arena Sofia" hall, formerly "Arena Armeets".
