"You are great. This is the best show from our tour. For sure we are coming back", said Sully Erna in the sold-out Arena Armeec in 2019.
Godsmack will fulfill their promise in 2022
Godsmack are coming back for their second show in Sofia at "Arena Armeec". After their sold-out concert in March 2019, the fans will have the chance to see them again on the 25th of October 2022, where the band will be playing their greatest hits and probably some new songs as well. It is expected that Godsmack will release their eighth studio album next year.
Godsmack were winners of The Billboard Music Awards "Rock Artist of the Year" in 2001 and have four Grammy nominations. Selling over 20 million records worldwide, the band has also unleashed three consecutive albums at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, which places them in the league with Van Halen, U2, Metallica, Dave Matthews Band, and Linkin Park, who have also enjoyed the same streak.
Enduring for over twenty-five years, Godsmack consistently break records, crush expectations, and leaves everything on tape and on the stage. Like any proud Bostonians, they shout down adversity, flip a big middle finger to the naysayers, and never compromise. It's why they continue to sell out arenas and why they continue to dominate radio and streaming. It is also why they continue to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the most successful rock bands in history. "With the exception of having my daughter, Godsmack is probably what I take the most pride in. It's the longest relationship I've ever been able to sustain. I'm so proud, because we've worked through the ugliest of moments and had the best of them. We've literally lived together, laughed together, and cried together. We fought with each other and for each other", says Sully Erna [vocals, guitar] who together with Tony Rombola [guitar], Robbie Merrill [bass], and Shannon Larkin [drums] are coming back to Sofia.
Godsmack, 25th of October 2022, Arena Armeec. Tickets will be available starting from Monday, 20th of December at 12:00 o'clock on Eventim.
